I love fast food and that was always my problem. Once I learned to cook more healthy meals and choose better snacks, I’ve lost over 50 pounds in 2 years.
I walk at least 3 miles every morning (weather permitting) or a quick 20 minute HIT class on YouTube in the morning. No more body aches and I feel like I’m in my 30’s again (age now 56). Thank you for your inspirational emails.
