Keto Approved Smoothie Recipes Without Almond Milk


In the Daily Cyclical Ketogenic Diet, I recommend drinking a superfood smoothie at breakfast or lunch.  I notice how much better I feel at work when I have a smoothie keto breakfast.

I usually have a half cup of raw nuts with my smoothie or I have 1 slice of Ezekiel Bread topped with peanut butter.  Here are 8 superfood smoothies that will have you feeling great:

 

Apple Blueberry Smoothie

2 TBSP Ancient Berry Superfood Mix

1-2 scoop Smoothie Protein

1/2 cup Apple

1/4 cup Blueberries

1/4 cup Carrots or yellow squash

¼ Banana

1 cup Ice

1-2 cups Water

Optional:

1 tsp Coconut Oil (Virgin)

¼ cup Spinach

1 TBSP Ancient Greens or Ancient Delight Superfood Mix

5 fresh mint leaves

 

Apple Cherry Smoothie

2 TBSP Ancient Berry Superfood Mix

1-2 scoop Smoothie Protein

1/2 cup Apple

1/4 cup Cherries

1/4 cup Carrots or yellow squash

¼ Banana

1 cup Ice

1-2 cups Water

Optional:

1 tsp Coconut Oil (Virgin)

¼ cup Spinach
